Brief Introduction:
PEX Jaw crusher is a large compound pendulum type widely applied in various industries such as mining, metallurgy, construction, highway, railway, water resources and chemical industry for coarse or medium crushing of ores and rocks with large granularity and compressive strength of no more than 320***. It is populated by customers for its simple structure, stable performance, low cost and and big size reduction ratio.
Components:
PEX Jaw crusher is mainly consisted of the frame, eccentric shaft, big belt pulley, flywheel, movable jaw, side guard plate, toggle plate, toggle plate backseat, ***ce adjusting screw, retracting spring, fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate. The toggle plate plays the role of insurance.
Working Principle:
Driven by the motor, PEX jaw crusher makes the movable jaw to reciprocate in a given trail by eccentric shaft driven by V-belt, belt wheel and sheave, thus, materials in the crushing cavity made up of fixed jaw plate,movable jaw plate and the side guard board can be crushed and discharged from the lower discharging outlet. This series jaw crusher is of curved pressing type.The motor drives the belts and the belt pulley,and makes the movable jaw up and down by the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw becomes bigger, pushing the movable jaw to be closer to the fixed jaw, and the materials are crushed or split at the same time; when the movable jaw descends, the angle between the fixed jaw and the movable jaw becomes smaller, and the movable jaw plate leaves from the fixed jaw plate under the action of the tension rod and the spring. And then the crushed materials are discharged from the lower outlet of the crushing cavity. Volume production can be achieved with periodically crushing and discharging of the motor which continuously rotates the movable jaw.
