Product Introduction:
Cone crusher is mainly used in two and three stage crushing in metal, mining, construction and sand processing. Because of its strong crushing capacity and high output, HPT hydraulic cone crusher sand production line is mostly used in crushing medium hard materials like pebbles. With large size of tramp iron, the finished products have high content of particles of less than 8mm. The machine has huge co***rative advantage in the actual use and the whole production line is stable with good particle shape which completely satisfies the requirements of high-quality production.
Working Principle:
It’s mainly comprised of frame, eccentric sleeve, bow-shaped cover, main bearing, push action cylinder, feeding hopper,distribution tray, rolling mortar wall, adjusting device, release cylinder and gear wheel and pinion. The adjustment and the assurance is achieved by the hydraulic cylinder and oil cylinder system supported at the bottom of the main bearing of the moving cone. Adding or reducing the high pressure oil in the hydraulic cylinder can lift or lower the main bearing and the crushing cone to adjust the discharging outlet, while the overload protection is achieved by accumulator filled with noble gases.
Forced by the eccentric sleeve, the transmission shaft and the cone part oscillate circularly centered on the fixed point through the belt pulley or the coupling. Thus, the crushing wall gets close or leaves from the rolling mortar wall fixed on the adjustment sleeve from time to time. Then, ores are i***cted, pressed, bent and crushed inside the crushing chamber.
