Product Introduction:
Four-roll crusher is applied to fine crushing of solid materials with compressive strength of less than 100*** and the moisture content of less than 30%, such as coke, coal, ceramic raw materials, ores, grain slag, gypsum, clay, salt and chemical raw materials. It’s featured by low maintenance cost, high size reduction ratio, reliable performance, less dust and low noise.
Four roll surfaces of four-roll crusher are overlay welding or flat surface which can be selected according to the required granularity of consumers. It’s applied to fine crushing with the feeding size of less than 90mm and the discharging size of 0.2-10mm, for example, coke crushing in the steelworks, coal crushing in coking plant, quartz crushing, and iron ore crushing.
Working Principle:
Four-roll crusher crushes materials by rolling and grinding force produced by relative rotation of four high-intensity wear-resistant alloy rollers. Materials enter into V crushing chamber between two rollers and are firstly pressed and ground (primary crushing) under the extrusion force of relative rotation of two rollers. Then, they will go into the lower rollers for the second pressing, cutting and grinding (primary crushing). Finally, materials are crushed to required sizes and will be discharged from the outlet.
