Product Introduction:
Double-rotor single-stage hammer crusher has large feeding size and high size reduction ratio. It’s exclusively used for cement production to crush crisp ores such as limestone, sandstone, shale, gypsum and coal as well as argillaceous mixture. The special structure eliminates the adhesion of clingy materials. Moreover, the dual tramp iron protective device can automatically rebound those metal objects such as shovel, drill and hammer to the feeding roller or discharge them out of the machine without halt. Two rotors can be suspended with more hammers so it’s available for more abrasive metal and the useful time of the hammer is prolonged.
Working Principle:
Double-rotor single-stage hammer crusher is mainly composed of the rotor, casing and discharging grate. The feeding inlet is right above the casing and there is the bearing anvil between the two rotors and the ***ce between them is called pre-crushing chamber. Lumpy ores are pressed by hammers on two rotors and are firstly crushed into the lower chamber. The lower chamber is formed by the hammer and the discharging grate. There are two lower chambers because of two rotors and two sets of grates. Ores are distributed to the lower chamber and are further beaten by the hammer and the grate until they can pass through the gap.
