Product Introduction:
Heavy-duty ring hammer coal crusher is a large crusher that can reach to explosion protection grade, applied to crush nonmetal materials like bituminous coal, lignite and shale. The compressive strength is no more than 100*** and the humidity is no more than 15%.
Working Principle:
It crushes materials mainly by means of the i***ct. After entering into the crusher, materials are crushed being i***cted by the speedy hammer. Then they will rush fast to the baffle and the diagrid after gaining kinetic energy from the hammer. Meanwhile, the mutual collision between materials and crushing make materials smaller than the gap between diagrids discharge while larger ones will be i***cted, ground, pressed and crushed on the diagrid by the hammer until they meet the required size.
