Product Introduction:
PYG multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is designed and optimized as a high energy lamination machine. With high size reduction ratio, it’s applied to secondary and fine crushing of materials above medium hardness. It can not only improve the output and reduce the operational cost but is also easy for maintenance. To increase the intensity of the main bearing, the single cylinder in the bottom is replaced with multi-cylinder which greatly enhances the strength of the frame. It brings in the theory of lamination and high energy as well.
Working Principle:
When it works, the eccentric bushing rotates driven by the V-belt, transmission shaft, and bevel gear. The moving cone oscillates to get close or deviate from the fixed cone under the action of eccentric bushing. Materials are pressed, shocked and crushed in the chamber and will be discharged from the outlet.
Performance Characteristics:
1.It’s the combination of high swing frequency crushing part and large eccentric stroke of eccentric bushing. The volume of this series is greatly improved and production can be accomplished on the constant discharging outlet which avoid the change of the outlet caused by the floatation of single cylinder main shaft. High energy lamination theory is adopted to import higher energy so that the crushing is not only in the middle of particles and liners but also between particles. Therefore, the output is higher, abrasive parts are less abraded, the particle shape of products tends to be cubic with less needle-like particles.
2.The frame and the main bearing are cast and forged by high intensity alloy steel, solid and durable, which are suitable for crushing materials above medium hardness.
