O-Sepa high efficiency dynamic separator: Product Introduction:
High efficiency dynamic separator is a kind of separator that breaks the traditional classification mode of centrifugal and cyclone concentrator. It’s composed of the frame, turbine, spoiler, transmission device, the coarse powder collection cone, large scale bag powder collector, large fan, etc.
Working Principle: Ground materials are thrown between the turning vane and the rotor in loose state under the action of the rotary distribution table and fixed buffer plate to be separated in the swirling airflow. The separation manly relies on the balance between the centrifugal force and the centripetal force of the swirling airflow. The secondary air strengthens the cyclone action to keep the balance. Coarse particles move downward the turning vane to be separated by the first and secondary air. They will be separated once again by the tertiary air when crossing the hopper to further eliminate the fine powder mixed in the coarse powder. At last, the coarse powder will be discharged from the hopper while the fine powder will be discharged through the bend pipe together with the air and be collected as finished product.
Performance Characteristics:
1. The principle of level vortex separating is adopted while the turbine rotor adopts variable cross-section turbine impeller to ensure better classification efficiency and clarity. 2. Tertiary air structure is improved to reduce the leakage rate and ensure that the coarse powder contains no or less finished products and to guarantee high specific surface area of cement finished products. 3.The rotor and the vortex structure of guide vane reduces the electricity consumption of the drive device. 4.
