Product Introduction:
Fine crusher is also called high efficiency fine crusher or fifth high efficiency fine crusher. The performance has already reached to the international advanced level. It’s the most effective and reliable crusher, especially in fine and secondary crushing of hard and crisp materials like refractory materials, cement, quartz sand, steel sand, cinder powder, copper ore, iron, gold sand, concrete aggregate and bitumen aggregate. It’s an effective and energy-saving crusher, which saves energy by 50%. It’s typically used in manual manufacturing of sand currently, as the substitute of rod mill, i***ct sand machine and straight sand machine.
Working Principle:
Rotors fixed on the main bearing is driven by the motor. When materials fall from the feeding inlet, they will rotate at a high speed. Firstly, they are i***cted by the hammer of the rotor and then are thrown onto the i***ct plate along the direction of tangent. Then, they will return to the ***ce (crushing chamber) between the circumference and the i***ct plate under the action of the oblique surface. After the repetition, materials are crushed by the i***ct of the hammer, i***ct plate and materials. Materials will enter into the secondary crushing chamber by gravity if they are smaller than the discharge ***ce of the first one. The process of crushing is the same as the first one. What is different is that: the linear velocity of the secondary rotor is faster than that of the first one, the i***ct is bigger and crushed materials are smaller. They will be finally discharged from the outlet if the size is qualified.
