Product Introduction:
Three-ring micro-powder grinding mill is a machine to process fine powder and ultrafine powder. It’s mainly applied to more than 200 kinds of nonflammable and non-explosive crisp materials with Mohs��?scale of hardness of less than 6, such as calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, kaolinite, bentonite, mica, magnesite, illite, pyrophyllite, vermiculite, sepiolite, palygorskite, rectorite, diatomite, barite, gypsum, alunite, graphite, fluorite, phosphorite, potassium and pumice. The hardness of materials ***ermines the abrasion and the useful time. When Mohs��?scale of hardness reaches to 4-6, the useful time of abrasive parts will be reduced.
Working Principle:
The motor of the three-ring grinding mill drives the center shaft to rotate through the transmission device. The upper end of the shaft connects with the spider which forms the swing fulcrum and rotates reversely around the center with the grinding roller equipped on it. With the revolution of the grinding roller around the bull ring, the grinding roller itself will rotate due to the friction. There is the shovel system below the spider. During the simultaneous rotation of the shovel and the grinding roller, materials are thrown to the bull ring to form the padding. Under the centrifugal force (extrusion force) produced by the rotary grinding roller, materials are ground into powder. Through the speed-variable motor and the secondary reducer, the analyzer drives 60 pieces of blades to rotate on the rotary table to achieve classification of powder. The rotary speed of blades is adjusted by the powder sizes of finished products. To acquire fine powder, the rotary speed and the contact area of blades and powder should be increased so as to throw unqualified powder to the outer wall separated from the airflow.
