Product Introduction:
Belt scale is a scale to automatically weigh loose materials which continuous float with the belt. The electric belt scale is consisted of four parts: weighing tray, weighing sensor, speed sensor and speed measuring roller, and digital converter or weighing controller and auxiliary equipment. It just measures the weight of materials on the belt without controlling the flow.
Working Principle:
Weighing tray is installed on the frame. The measuring roller ***ects the weight of materials and acts on the weighing sensor by leverage to produce a voltage signal proportional to the belt load. A weighing sensor is installed on the tray which will send figures of material weight to the weighing instrument. Meanwhile, the speed measuring sensor will send speed signal to the instrument. Then, both of figures will be added up to gain instantaneous delivery and cumulant. Speed sensor is directly connected on large speed measuring shell which offers series of pulse. Each pulse represents a moving unit and its frequency is proportional to the speed of belt. The weighing instrument receives signal from the weighing and speed sensors and gets instantaneous delivery and cumulant through integral calculus which are displayed respectively.
