Product Introduction:
Peripheral transmission automatic segmentation rake thickener is driven by double speed motor or hydraulic motor, equipped with peripheral rubber wheel or gear transmission, segmentation automatic rake, and deep cloth, which is center stirring type. The diameter is no more than 45m. With independent center stirring structure, there is no support in the center. Thickeners with diameter larger than 45m adopt side rake stirring with a support in the center. It’s mainly used to thicken concentrate and dewater tailings before filtration in ore concentrate plant and coal washing plant, as well as cleaning surface water, daily and industrial sewage.
Working Principle:
The transmission device send movement and drive to the truss hang on the rake in order to make it evenly rotate around the center. Thickened products are conveyed to the discharge outlet while clean overflow water will flow out of the sink and be discharged from the ring overflow tank. There is a ring connection on the center support, which is connected with the rake rack along the sliding collector joint. The current is conducted to the motor and also supplies it.
