Product Introduction:
Peripheral drive thickener is applied to thicken concentrate and dewater tailings, which can thicken 20%-30% slurry to about 40%-70%. It’s also commonly used to clean the surface water, daily sewage and industrial sewage. The diameter is about 15-53m, and a few are above Ф100m. Common thickeners are: peripheral roller transmission and rack transmission.
Working Principle:
Materials enter into the central drum from the tube through the feed chute. After the cushion of stabilizer, large particles directly enter into the lower sedimentation area and precipitate in the aggregate; while other fine particles will flow into the sink through the distribution tube. Most materials precipitate in the center of the sink and revolve along with the tray. The scraping and collecting device and side rake device send slurry into the bottom of the sink and discharge it from the underflow pump.
Performance Characteristics:
1.Flat and stable track without serious abrasion. The track should be on the center circle with eccentric tolerance of no more than 20mm;
2.Even contact between the walking wheel and the track surface with no sliding. The diameter abrasion of the wheel is no more than 15mm. The gap between the wood slider and the track is no more than 20mm;
3.There is no fissure, welding or serious deformation on the transmission rack. The rake is complete with no welding, deformation and scraping of the sink;
4.The support rack steel balls are complete with no abrasion. There isn’t serious abrasion or fissure about the steel ball and rolling ring. The machine runs stably with good lubrication;
5.Electric device: sliding ring is evenly abraded; stable brush supporter, balanced pressure, good seal and no entrance of water and coal;
