Product Introduction:
Hydraulic central transmission thickener is driven by central hydraulic motor, equipped with automatic rake and deep cloth, which is center stirring type. It’s mainly used to thicken concentrate and dewater tailings before filtration in ore concentrate plant and coal washing plant, as well as cleaning surface water, daily and industrial sewage.
Working Principle:
It adopts flocculation technology which combines the sedimentation with the deep filtration. The slurry directly enters into the compression area to form filter bed. Fine particles that don’t flocculate will go upward with the water flow and i***ct with each other, which consumes lifting kinetic energy. Then, they will settle down with other particles. Thus, it increases the concentration of underflow and reduces turbidity of overflow water. Flocculants are used to speed up the sedimentation and improve capacity, about 2-2.5 times that of traditional thickeners.
