Product Introduction:
Cyclone dust collector separates the dust from the airflow by centrifugal force. With simple structure, it’s easy for manufacturing, installation, maintenance and management. The investment and operation expenditure are low. It’s widely applied to separate the solid and fluid particles from the airflow or solid particles from the liquid. The applicable scope: the cyclone dust collecting system is mostly used in working conditions that will produce the dust such as hardware factory, manufacture factory, cement plant, plastic factory and shoe making factory and it can be also considered as the pre-processing equipment of high efficiency dust collecting system.
Working Principle:
Dusty air is led to the case and exhaust pipe from the inlet to form outer vortex. Dust suspended in the outer vortex moves towards the wall under the centrifugal force and turns to the lower dust collector to be discharged by the dust discharge hole. Purified air forms rising inner vortex and is discharged from the exhaust pipe.
Performance Characteristics:
1.No air leakage for the unloading outlet of the hopper.
2.The energy consumption, operation and maintenance charges are low and the separation efficiency is higher for the dust larger than 10µm.
3.High flexibility, stable performance and no limitation for concentration and temperature of dusty air. No special requirements for physical property of the dust. Different materials can be selected according to different process requirements or it can adopt different wear-resistant and heat resistant materials for lining to improve the useful life.
