Product Introduction:
Since the 1990s, new fixing grate plate cooler has been developed based on the aeration beam grate cooler. It has some improvements as followed: 1. It separates materials convey and air supply and adopts new convey elements to transport materials while the grate plate is only responsible for air supply; 2. All grate plates are designed as fixing plates and materials leakage is avoided which eliminates the materials discharge convey system below the grate; 3. Air volume distribution is refined which furthest reduces the air volume and improves heat recovery efficiency.
Working Principle:
Active limestone falls onto the fixing grate plate after being calcined in the rotary kiln. When materials accumulate to a certain degree, they will be pushed forward under the i***ct force of angle of accumulation and continuous materials. Then, they will reciprocate linearly pushed by the rod alternately lined with fixed oblique grate. When they move toward the tail of grate bed pushed by the wedge, the cool air blows upward to the material layer to displace the heat of active limestone and cool the materials. |
