Product Introduction:
Five stage cyclone preheater is the core equipment with new dry cement production technology. It completes the preheating of raw materials and part of decomposition which replaces the rotary kiln and reduces the length. It achieves heat transfer between the gas and materials in the stacking state inside the kiln and suspension state in the preheater. Raw materials can be fully mixed with the hot air exhausted from the kiln which expands the contact area and increases the heat transfer speed as well as the efficiency. Thus, the production efficiency is improved and the heat consumption is lowered.
Working Principle:
Raw materials continuously pass through the five stage cyclone preheater from the top to the bottom while the kiln tail exhaust passes through to the contrary. Each cyclone drum is used for simultaneous heat transfer while the whole system is for reverse heat transfer. It connects with the rotary kiln by feeding case which enables high temperature raw materials to reach rotary kiln. Meanwhile, the exhaust flows to the preheater and the draught fan ensures it to flow in the whole rotary kiln/preheater system. Raw materials will go to the next cyclone drum.
