Product Introduction:
Natural gas burner sends natural gas and the air into the kiln furnace according to the required concentration, speed, and turbulence and burns fuels stably inside the kiln furnace.It integrates ventilation machine, combustion head, gas security air valve gate units, programmable control system of microcomputer, ignition system, and automatic flame tracking system with combustible gas as raw materials. It’s mainly used for medium and small-sized rotary kiln or boilers.
Working Principle:
Combustible gas (city coal gas, natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas) flows into the combustion head controlled by microcomputer and then mixed with the first air to achieve complete combustion after the ignition and combustion-supporting secondary air. The combustion is tested and controlled by automatic flame tracking system. When there is fault (such as hypoxia in combustion chamber, undervoltage of combustible gas, cutoff of combustible gas and insufficient gas), the control system will send out a signal and then the electromagnetic valve of gas supply system will close instantly. The power is cut off and the burner shuts down after automatic sweeping to indicate failure.
Performance Characteristics:
1.High heat efficiency: suitable for pressure fluctuation, automatic adjustment for the first air (that is, high pressure of gas, large air volume; small pressure with less air volume), complete combustion and high heat efficiency;
2.High security: Small fire is available for the burner. First, turn on small fire. Then, the automatic control system will open the main gas valve when the combustion is stable. Finally, fuels can be fed into the boiler without causing deflagration;
3.High adaptability: it’s suitable for natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, coal gas, liquefied petroleum mixed gas and other gas for just renewal of a few parts.
