Product Introduction:
Hand-fired boiler is the simplest of grate furnaces. It’s named for manual coal adding, poking and dregs clearing. It is suitable for different types of coal and easy to operate except high labor intensity. Currently, it accounts for a certain proportion in domestic industrial furnaces, especially among small size furnaces (D��?t/h). Periodic coal adding leads to imbalance of supply and demand and periodic change in the course of combustion. Thus, economy of the furnace is reduced (combustion efficiency is about 50-60%) and there is smoke sometimes. The “frequent, less, quick and even��?operation can be adopted to save energy and reduce dust and smoke, that is, frequent and quick coal adding with less volume and even layer. Recently, some new types are developed, such as double layer grate furnace, simple gas furnace and backfire stove.
Working Principle:
It crushes raw coal to less than 15mm and then sends automatically or manually to the furnace bed with the combustion support of blower below the grid. When the coal dregs accumulate to a certain degree and the temperature continuously decreases, it’s time to start to discharge dregs and add coal with the temperature of furnace bed fluctuating a bit. Under the negative pressure of draft fan, outer air enters into the boiler chamber through the coal layer from the bottom of the hot wind furnace. Some helps the combustion while some forms hot air to go into the chamber and then to the rotary drum for drying.
