Product Introduction:
Coal Gasifier is a specialized machine to produce mixed coal gas by oxidation-reduction reaction on the fixed bed under constant pressure using coal or coke as raw materials and air and steam as gasifying agent. It’s widely applied to steel rolling furnace, annealer, forge furnace, steel tube furnace, glass furnace, aluminum melting furnace, copper furnace and building ceramic furnace as well as other industrial furnaces such as continuous heating furnace, drying furnace and tunnel kiln.
Working Principle:
Coal gas is generated by fixed combustion bed after forming gasifying agent mixed with steam and the air. Carbon reaction between the oxygen, steam and the fuel produces coal gas which contains CO, CO2, H2, CH4, and N2. After screening qualified coal, it can be filled into the coal gasifier from the coal feeder. The mixed gas of steam and the air is used as gasifying agent. After physical and chemical reaction, combustible gas can be generated. Upper coal gas is filtered with coal tar through cyclone deoiler and electric catcher while the lower coal gas is sent to consumers after being eliminated the ash by cyclone dust collector.
Performance Characteristics:
1.It adopts whole water jacket with high output and stable pressure which is beneficial to the gasification.
2.The inner liner of the body is made of furnace steel plate and the outer liner is common one. It’s featured by oxidation, corrosion and high temperature resistance which prolongs the useful life of the boiler.
3.The coal gasifier is equipped with adjustable coal separator baffle and cone coal separator to ensure even distribution and uniform thickness of section and fuels. Thus, it not only improves the gasification efficiency but also avoids flaming and deviation of furnace.
