Product Introduction:
Spiral measurement scale, also called spiral electric scale, is comprised of spiral conveyor, load sensor and control displayer. The length can be ***ermined according to the actual situation; double tube structure is generally used to achieve materials calculation matched with spiral conveyor. It’s mainly applied to measure powdery or small particles of materials; and it’s widely applied for continuous convey and dynamic calculation of powdery and loose materials in cement, chemical, metallurgy, ceramics, food and transportation industries. Common materials are coal ash, slag powder, raw materials powder and coal powder.
Working Principle:
Materials are sent to the reamer through spiral conveyor. The measurement sensor installed on the reamer gauges the weight of materials and sends voltage signal which is directly proportional to the load to the controller. Instantaneous flow and accumulative weight value can be got after the calculation including the preset speed of the reamer (the reamer runs at a constant speed during the calculation of double tubes, that is, the speed signal is the set value of the reamer). The control system co***res the actual flow signal to the set flow signal to send signal to the variable-frequency drive through PID adjustment controller and to dynamically adjust the speed of feed reamer in order to achieve quantitative feeding.
