Product Introduction:
Vertical dryer is specially designed to dewater briquette and ore pressure pellet. The key technology is to disperse materials inside the dryer as much as possible to increase the contact area between high temperature smoke and materials and to control the flow speed and residence time of materials in all areas at the same time. It achieves full convection, radiation and heat conduction between hot smoke and materials. In the course of drying, it fully reflects application innovation, expansion efficiency, cost saving and quality improvement. It’s an ideal machine for briquette production line.
Working Principle:
It’s mainly made up of draft fan, drying furnace, feeding and discharging parts. “Water balls�are conveyed to the top of the furnace by belt conveyor and are evenly distributed in the whole section by distributor device. Briquette slowly falls down by gravity to the other side to exchange heat with the strong wind which takes away the moisture. Thus, drying is completed.
