Product Introduction:
Fluidized bed combustion boiler is a kind of coal fired boiler, one of the new combustion technology developed recently. Modern fluidized bed combustion boiler is a kind of thermal equipment using “aggregative fluidized bedâ€? If the flow speed exceeds a certain degree when the fluid flows through static material layer, loose material layer will start to expand and wriggle to become fake fluid, which is called fluidization of loose material layer. The stirring of fluidized materials is similar to the boiling of the fluid, so it’s also called boiling layer and the thermal equipment is called fluidized bed combustion boiler. It’s widely applied to offer thermal energy of drying and roasting of various raw materials and materials like slag, clay, coal powder, composite fertilizer, natural gypsum and nonmetallic ore powder in metallurgical, chemical, construction and nonmetallic ore fields. Â
Working Principle:
Dynamic head turns into evenly distributed static head when high pressure air blows into the boiler through the air box from the pore of hood. Boiling bed is formed into air cushion layer to blow coal particles with the diameter of 0-10mm and thickness of 300-500mm up and down. Material layer expands and moves heavily for the reason that the high pressure air increases the gap between coal particles and the layer keeps mixing with the air to make material layer with the thickness of 300-500mm to fly high up to 800-1400mm. At this time, fuels and the slag with carbon content of 1-2% burn together and the temperature generally reaches to 950â„?which equals a large heat storage tank. Particles of 0.5-8mm are not easy to be taken out of the combustion chamber so that they can stay in the layer to burn out and then will be discharged from the cool dregs tube.
