Product Introduction:
Electric belt scale is a general terms for all belt scales including ICS electric belt scale (also called through type belt scale), quantitative feeder, and DGP suspension belt scale. Generally, ICS belt scale refers to a single weighing device installed on the belt rack. It’s composed of weighing rack, sensor and the meter without driving device like motor. It just measures the weight of materials on the belt without controlling the flow. Currently, there are speed-constant electric belt scale and speed-variable electric belt scale.
Working Principle:
Weighing feeder tests by sensor below the weighing scale to ***ermine the weight of materials on the belt; Digital speed sensor on the tail of the drum or rotary equipment continuously measures the feed speed. The pulse output is directly proportional to the speed of belt; the signal of speed and weight are both sent to the controller of belt feeder to produce cumulant/instantaneous flow. Co***re the flow with the rated one, the controller sends out the signal to control the variable-frequency drive in order to achieve quantitative feeding.
Performance Characteristics:
1.Large area of weighing. Three or four sets of support rollers ensure minimum effect on the precision of weighing.
2.The scale frame is made from stainless steel or of corrosion resistance in dusty and corrosive conditions containing acid, alkali and salt.
3.All suspension structure, no pivot point of trunnion and movable parts, less maintenance workload.
