Product Introduction:
Single cylinder cooler is an important machine in the rotary kiln system. It’s used to cool materials to less than 200�by clinkers (1000-1200� which drive the cylinder to achieve full heat exchange between materials and the air and it improves the clinker quality and grindability at the same time. The cool air enters into the kiln as the second circulation air which improves the heat efficiency. It’s mainly applied to cool slag, limestone, coal powder, clay and composite fertilizer in construction, metallurgy, chemical, and cement industries.
Working Principle:
High temperature clinker enters into the cooler which achieves heat exchange between materials and the air. Materials roll forward regularly inside the kiln with the rotation of kiln according to the slope and the rotary speed. Thus, raw materials are conveyed to the discharge end and will be cooled to less than 200â„?when passing through the rotary kiln.
