Product Introduction:
The aeration beam grate cooler is developed based on the original pushing grate cooler. It’s made up of several parts:upper and lower casing, grate bed, transmission device, clinker crusher, clinker zipper machine, material leakage airlock, automatic lubrication system and air pipe supply system,which form cooling system together with the fan set and air inlet pipe (auxiliary). It accomplishes cooling of cement clinker, recycle of remaining heat, crushing and convey of clinker.
Working Principle:
Hot clinker falls onto the grate bed from the kiln mouth and is pushed down by reciprocating grate plate. Then, it’s distributed along the length of the grate bed to form material bed. The cool air blows upward to the material layer to cool hot clinker, making it become hot air. The high temperature air is used as burning air and decomposing furnace (pre-decomposing kiln system) and part of hot air can be used for drying. Heat recovery can be achieved to reduce the heat consumption of the system; extra hot air will be exhausted to the atmosphere after dust collection. Small clinker will fall into the conveyor through the sieve; large clinker will go into the conveyor after crushing and cooling; fine clinker and the dust will fall into the hoper through the grate gap and pore. When the level reaches to a certain degree, the air lock valve will open automatically controlled by sensory system and then fine materials will be transported by zipper machine. When the remaining fine materials can still hold back the air lock valve, the valve plate has already closed to avoid air leakage.
