Product Introduction:
The inner surface of the drum is filtering surface. The slurry is filled inside the drum. Besides the action of vacuum, the sedimentation of materials can help to produce filter cakes. Filtering materials which are easy to settle can gain a higher productivity. After unloading the filter cakes, there is a larger filter cloth washing zone to recover the permeability of the cloth. It’s applied to dehydrate wet and loose metal slurry with the particle size of no more than 0.6mm, large density, and less viscosity, especially for magnetic iron concentrate.
Working Principle:
The slurry is loaded inside the drum. Besides the vacuum pressure, it can use the gravity of solid particles for no adoption of agitator. Large particles will first adhere to the filter cloth while small ones which settle slowly will adhere onto the large ones. Therefore, the permeability of cake is good without blocking the cloth.
Performance Characteristics:
The filter is comprised of the drum, dispenser head, transmission device, discharge device and supporting roller. GN filter above 20�and 200�adopt supporting roller and sliding shaft with meshing rotation. The advantage of the structure is reliability. Moreover, it adopts filter cake discharge, featured by convenient operation, and simple structure. It’s convenient to install aggregate belt conveyor and scale.
