Product Introduction:
Hydraulic cyclone classifier assembly is the combination of two or more cyclones in series connection or parallel connection. Cyclone assembly can be taken into consideration when single cyclone cannot satisfy the capacity or classification fineness of requirements. It’s mostly used in classification, dewatering, cement removal, concentration, tailings dam and wet desulphurization of power plant. Besides numerous single cyclones, it generally shares a sand box and overflow box. It can adopt different liners according to different medium. The materials are highly wear-resistant rubber, highly wear-resistant composite materials and high aluminum ceramic.
Working Principle:
Each cyclone of hydraulic cyclone assembly is rubber lining metal drum made up of upper column and lower cone. The slurry flows along the tangent of column and is classified by gravity and centrifugal force. Slurry with coarse particles is discharged from the sand outlet while the fine particles will be discharged from the overflow outlet of the column center.
