Product Introduction:
Cyclonic micro-bubble flotation column has no drive and stirring device but with an intake device at the bottom. As the new replacement of traditional mechanical stirring flotation machine, it can be used to the separation, desulphuration, ultrafine coal manufacturing, flotation of metal ores and nonmetallic materials and the sewage treatment. It’s featured by high efficiency, energy saving, large capacity, reliable and simple structure, investment saving, faster effects and less maintenance workload.
Working Principle:
Slurry is fed from the upper feed tube and flows into the flotation column evenly. The compressed air is filled through the vertical air tube in the intake chamber. Mass of fine bubble distribute evenly on the whole section. The slurry decreases slowly by gravity while the bubble moves upward to contact with useful ores in the column. Under the action of medicament in the convection movement, ores adhere onto the surface of the bubble and form mineralized bubble layer. Then, it will be scraped or overflows to the concentration trough. The rest of ores (generally gangue or non-separated ores) will be discharged from the tails tube below the cone.
Performance Characteristics:
1.Primary separation, concentration and scavenging are all completed inside the column. Fine slime with much ash has a little pollution to the clean coal. The clean coal has high quality and ratio of recycle, especially applied to separate hard coal with high ash content and fine size and to desulphurize the high-sulfur coal;
