Product Introduction:
Inclined wheel heavy medium coal preparation machine is mainly composed of separation tank containing suspension liquid, inclined lifting wheel to discharge heavy products, coal discharging wheel to discharge light products and transmission device. It draws in the horizontal medium flow at the height of the separation zone below the feed part and uprising medium flow below the separation tank. Horizontal and uprising medium flow supplies the suspension liquid which ensures even density and convey of float coal. It’s used to separate lump coal as main washing, rewashing and gangue removing with the minimum size of 6mm.
Working Principle:
The raw coal is divided into two parts according to density: float materials and sedimentary materials. Float coal is horizontally conveyed to the overflow weir and scraped by the coal discharge wheel. After primary separation from the adjustable seam fixed sieve, float coal will be processed in the next medium separation part. Sedimentary materials flow into the bottom of the separation tank and then will be elevated by the plate of the lifting wheel to be discharged from the outlet. The hole on the plate and the lifting wheel separates the suspension liquid of the sedimentary materials.
