Product Introduction:
Absorption tank is the stirring tank mainly used for absorption. It’s a drum shape with flat base and central aeration. The impeller is like a paddle. There is a carbon separator at the discharging outlet. It’s mainly used for the absorption of gold. The active carbon is often filled in the tank. There are various types of absorption tank. Common Dorr tank with center stirring is to deal with fine slurry mixed with slime; Bachuk air stirring tank is suitable to deal with coarse slurry. The absorption tank can be serially used. After the absorption, the sieve will separate the active carbon with gold from the slurry without the gold.
Working Principle:
After the slurry and the active carbon enter into the tank, the active carbon and particles are suspended under the stirring action of the impeller. The satiated carbon containing gold will be lifted by the air lifter. Solid particles and slurry flow into the next tank through the discharge tube of ladder sieve. It not only avoids congestion of sieve cloth but also ensures smooth flow through the sieve pore out of the tank under the action of the blow pipe. It’s applied for the absorption of gold separation of all slime cyanidation carbon-in-pulp process as well as leaching process with the concentration of slurry below 42%.
