Product Introduction:
Shallow trough mechanical stirring flotation machine drives the main bearing by the transmission device. The impeller stirs the slurry to form negative pressure to take in the air. It’s the equipment with scraper of independent drive, which has single scraper and double scraper forms. It’s widely applied for the separation of non-ferrous metal, black metal and nonmetallic metal and primary separation and scavenging in large and medium-sized flotation mill.
Working Principle:
The vortex forms inside the vertical drum and diversion tube which produces negative pressure when the impeller revolves. Then, the air enters into the intake-tube and mixes with the slurry in the impeller and the stator area. The mixture moves along the tangent direction and turns to move radially by the stator to distribute evenly in the flotation trough. Mineralized froth goes upward to the froth layer to be scraped as froth products.
Performance Characteristics:
