Product Introduction:
Mine impeller flotation machine is composed of a line of wooden or metal square tanks. It’s mainly used to primary separation, concentration, scavenging and reverse flotation of non-ferrous metal, black metal, non-metallic materials and chemical blank pieces. It also recycles useful ores. Each tank has three functions: air suction, slurry suction and flotation. It forms flotation return circuit on its own without any auxiliary equipment. The horizontal device makes it convenient to change the process. The reasonable slurry cycle can furthest reduces the coarse sand sedimentation.
Working Principle:
The slurry is fed onto the impeller through the feed tube and is thrown into the tank by the centrifugal force produced by the rotary impeller. Then, the intake tube absorbs the air under the negative pressure below the cover. The air and the slurry are mixed together to be thrown to the tank. After repeated process, the slurry is brought to the surface to form mineralized froth layer after medicament action and is scraped into concentrate; while those unfloated ores and gangue enter into the middle chamber through the sluice valve and then into the next flotation tank. Slurry in each or a few tanks can be horizontally adjusted by adjusting the sluice valve. This is how slurry floats cyclically inside the machine.
