Product Introduction:
Mine diaphragm jig, also called mine jig or jig, refers to the diaphragm jig for mine. Different from the jig for coal, it’s the leader with co***ct structure, small floor area and high capacity of per unit floor area. Currently, there is few piston jig and moving sieve jig which are all replaced with diaphragm jig. It has movable jig, sawtooth wave jig, ladder jig, large particle jig, etc. It’s applied to separate black, non-ferrous metal and rare metal ores with feeding size no more than 5-12mm.
Working Principle:
When the eccentric transmission structure drives the diaphragm to reciprocate, the water will float by vertical pulse produced by the screen cloth. Materials are fed above the bed and make up the particle system together with the ores and water. The water goes upward while the particles are loose and suspended. At this time, particles settle down at different speed due to gravity. Coarse particles settle down to the bottom. When the water flows downward, particles with large density and small granularity will pass through the bed to fall down by suction action.
