Product Introduction:
Slurry preparation machine is an energy-saving and highly efficient machine to evenly mix the slurry and the drugs before flotation. It’s equipped with centrifugal fogger to turn flotation drugs into foggy fine particles to disperse evenly in the drum. The disperse tank can make the coal particles and drugs fully contact with each other which improves the flotation effects. The flotation system using slurry preparation machine saves about 35% of flotation medicament per ton of dry coal slime than that of the agitator. The production rate increases by 3.57% and it saves electricity of about 10kW·h per hour.
Working Principle:
The slurry is fed along the tangent direction of the drum (clean water or filter liquid can be fed when the concentration is large) and mixes in the ring tank. Then, the slurry overflows into the lower ring tank and into the sector dispersing tank. After that, the slurry is divided into lots of affluent. The medicament will be sent to the center of the fogger through the feed hopper and the oil tube nozzle. The negative pressure extends under the centrifugal force to form film and then will be cut into liquid drop by jaw at the edge of the table. Next, it will disperse along the tangent direction to become fine oil droplet. After being mixed with disperse slurry, they will be discharged from the tube for flotation.
