Product Introduction:
TH bucket elevator is one kind of chain bucket elevator. Co***red to TD bucket elevator, the carrying part is the chain which replaces the original belt transmission. The cast annular chain is used as the traction component and composite or gravity type unloading is adopted. The lifting height is from 4.5m to 40m and the hopper width is 160-1250.
Working Principle:
TH bucket elevator is applied to deliver powdery, particle or lump materials with no or small grinding degree. It’s an annular chain bucket elevator adopting composite or gravity unloading and evacuation loading. The traction part is the annular chain made of high-quality steel sheets. The middle case has two types: single and binary channels. They are for automatic tension of hammer box. The sprocket wheel is replaceable rim structure. The rim has a long life of use and is easy to replace. Automatic gravity tension device is adopted below to maintain constant tension. It can not only avoid the trackslip or chain drop but also tolerate the stuck phenomenon caused by accidental factors which can effectively protect the lower bearings. It’s used to deliver powdery, particle and lump materials which are easy to evacuate with low grinding degree and less than 1.5t/m3 of packing density, such as coal, cement, broken rocks, sand, chemical fertilizer, food, etc. It’s also applicable for vertical delivery of loose powdery, particle and lump materials with the temperature below 250�
