Product Introduction:
NE Bucket elevator is the vertical elevator widely applied for vertical delivery of medium, large and ground materials (such as limestone, cement, clinker, gypsum, lump coal) whose temperature is under 250â„?
Working Principle:
NE Bucket elevator is a kind of flow feeding. Materials flow into the hopper and are elevated to the top by chain. They will be automatically unloaded by gravity. This series has many specifications (NE15-NE800 about 11 types) with large lifting volume; it has high productivity, low noise, long duration and lower energy consumption. The machine adopts closed case chain with no reverse feeding. Therefore, the power consumption is low when it doesn't work.
Performance Characteristics:
1.Wide scope of elevation. It has fewer requirements for the types, characteristics and lumpiness. It can not only lift the powdery, particle and lump materials but also materials with large grinding degree. The temperature is no more than 250â„?
2.Large delivery capacity. It has many specifications from NE15 to NE800. The lifting volume is 15-800 m3/h.
3.Small drive power. It adopts flow feeding and gravity induced unloading. It delivers by intensive large volume hopper with low speed links and large lifting volume. When it lifts, there is no reverse feeding and reclaiming. Therefore, non-effective power is low and the power consumption is 70% of that of chain elevator.
4..Long duration. The feeding is flow type with no evacuation of the hopper. There is less squeezing or collision between materials. The design ensures no spreading of materials in the course of feeding, lifting and unloading which reduces abrasion. Delivery link adopts chain high pressure wear-resistant chains which greatly prolongs the duration. Normally, the delivery link can be used for more than 5 years.
