Product Introduction:
Table feeder is a continuous feeder calculated by the volume, applied to particles of nonviscous materials of less than 80mm instead of powdery materials with good fluidity. It’s comprised of the driver, feeder body, belt conveyor for calculation and calculator device. The feeding volume can be adjusted by adjusting the height of the discharging central sleeve or the position of unloading scraper. It can also be adjusted by adjusting the rotary speed when the direct current runs through the engine.
Working Principle:
The table feeder sends off the power through the reducer output shaft after reducing. The table is directly driven to rotate at the boundary speed (0.7-10r/min) 5-55m/min. Particles or powdery materials of no more than 50mm overflowing from between the drum and the table fall down different conveyors by the scraper. Thus, material distribution is completed as demanded. The engine drives the table through the coupling by the reducer. When the table revolves, materials move along with the table towards the discharging outlet and will be discharged by the valve or scraper. The discharging volume is adjusted by the scraper or valve.
